Smith Employees Logged More Than 20,000 Hours on Internal E-Learning Platform

Smith University has released more than 550 training and development courses released since 2018

Over the past three years, more than 550 courses have been released on Smith University, covering the gamut of employees’ learning objectives and development opportunities.

Smith University is used internally to onboard new hires, provide continuous learning plans, and help employees further develop their careers. All courses are offered online and are designed to strengthen employees’ industry knowledge and skillsets.
