Smith & Associates Return Procedures

In rare instances, customers may need to return product purchased from Smith & Associates. The following guidelines should be used for returns.

Contact your sales representative via telephone or e-mail within 30 days of receipt of parts, and advise them that you need to return parts due to verifiable quality issues. Your representative will help determine if the parts are under warranty, and may ask you to provide test reports, photos, or other documentation.

Please download the RMA request form, complete it, and fax or e-mail it to your sales representative and to Smith’s customer service/RMA department. Please include a copy of your invoice and document all serial numbers and lot codes.

The Customer Service/RMA department will assess the information and give the final authorization to return merchandise.

Parts will be inspected and/or tested by Smith upon receipt. If parts are found to be in working condition, they may be returned at the customer’s expense.
