Health Coverage

Health CoverageAfter your first 60 days working fulltime with us, you'll be eligible for health plan benefits. Our health plan includes affordable premiums and a company-sponsored Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Program to help reimburse you if you have to pay into your deductible. Preventive and in-network services are covered in full, without any out-of-pocket costs.

Dental and Vision Plans

Dental and Vision PlansOur dental and vision plans put the ability to care for your health in your own hands, with especially strong support for the preventive care that will prevent major issues – and costs – down the line. Our dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventive services and part of the cost of other basic and major services, including orthodontia. Our vision plan covers comprehensive eye exams, provides allowances for lenses/frames or contacts, and also provides access to laser eye surgery discounts.

Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, and Flexible Leave

Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, and Flexible Leave15 PTO days annually will offer a flexible way to use your time off. Whether it's for vacation or a sick day, you can manage your time as you need, and gain an additional ½ day of PTO for each year you work with us. Company holidays each year add to your time to recharge.


From your very first day with us, we give you a 3% contribution toward your 401k.
