Capacity famine to last into 2012

The capacity shortage in the chip industry is set to last 'well into' 2012, says the latest Future Horizon’s monthly report.
'The increased 2010 capex spend has been nipped in the bud,’ says the report, 'there will not be an under-investment driven market collapse in 2011 – quite the opposite- the fab famine will now remain well into 2012.'
