全球芯片库存保持紧缩 NAND闪存或短缺

据市场研究公司iSuppli的调查，全球半导体供应商预计将在第一季度保持轻库存，以便在不确定的经济形势下保持盈利。
第一季度末库存天数预计将减少至68.3天，上季度为68.5天。去年第四季度，库存天数已经少于历史平均水平2.9%，第一季度预计将较普通水平少6.9%。
iSuppli预测，由于库存量仍将保持在较低水平，某些特殊器件将面临短缺。
2010年，预计库存天数将稳定在近70天左右。紧缩的库存管理将帮助半导体产业获得两位数增长，增长幅度预计为15.4%，而2009年减少12.4%。
2010年不会出现大范围的短缺，但NAND闪存供应将受到限制。
iSuppli分析师Carlo Ciriello指出，如果Appli如预计的那样生产iPod和iPhone，NAND闪存今年将短缺。
